The Achievements

 You think your achievements are everlasting? You assume your achievements will speak about you or on behalf of you, after your death? You think you become superior by assuming that you have achieved something? You have a hidden ego running behind your achievements? If so……. Bull and dash dash dash dash.

 Achievements are frozen visuals in time frame. But for how long? Look at the pic. Just like the bird flying in it, the frozen flying visual will stay for a split second with time. It’s not an everlasting one. It lasts till you speak about it, till somebody speak about it, till it becomes ‘nothing’ with time. What you considered once an achievement will become nothing in front of your own eyes. Not able to believe? What’s your first purchase by the money you earned first? Forget? Not in memory? That’s what happens to once considered as an achievement. Ok. You have it with you still? – Your first purchase? I am sure it’s something special to you but nothing to the world. In fact, the world looks at it as an emotional attachment! Nothing else.

 When I purchased first bike, I assumed that that was a fantastic achievement. That disappeared for a 1/4 th price when I sold it after years. When I first purchased a car, I even hugged its shoulder as an achievement. Later when it started giving troubles, the same achievement became irritation. With a sad note, that also was sold.

 Few consider starting a factory, running an Industry, Creating a new lifestyle as achievements. In the past 100 years, the once famous factory is no more now, the once famous Industry is no more available now, the once lifestyle is not a lifestyle at present… Everything changes and achievements have no fixed templates. Achievements live. But for a while. Not permanent. ‘Achievements ‘ Just have a time line of breathing. That’s it.

 Supporting others an achievement? Certainly not. It’s a momentary happiness. It fills you. It fills you till you live. The human nature is to forget the support they receive as time passes. It’s natural. When the receiver forgets, what’s the point for the Giver to keep remembering it? Strange…. Isn’t? Supporting others is a fulfillment. It’s not an achievement!

 So… what’s actually achievement? Nothing. There is nothing called as Achievement. It’s an illusion frame with time. For some time, the frame lives. Then, there will be something else replaces the frame. Frames constantly change with time. Holder of the Frame? He or she may not be even alive to understand that his or her frames of achievements are no more in this world. In such illusionary world, what makes one to associate with a Word called ‘Achievements ‘? Simple. It’s a self-certification. Certified by the University of Craving for appreciation. It’s as simple as that.

 So … No achievement trait? Yes. Just live and support people for your fulfillment. Be a witness to everything. See everything as a frame of movement. One goes and another one comes. Nothing is permanent here. Everything changes. Yes. Everything. That includes your achievements as well. And… the ego you develop with your achievements also will vanish one day. Finally… Your death wipes off everything.

 Never ever think your achievements will take “present continuous and future” tenses. Foolish thought. All achievements are related to Past Tense. And… Past Tense never lives in Present. That’s the Irreplaceable reality. Bite it. And live simple. Dissociate from achievements. Associate with being a witness and enjoy your life. If so, you will find my wishes to you. Yes. My wishes to you.
