Reflections – 034
Reflections
Reflection is not a choice. It’s a must.
How to reflect?
Three reality sources wait for us to get reflected.
- Past
- Present
- Future.
Past:
How many best moments we had in our life?
How many people we supported?
How many people we earned?
Which was our personal best so far?
What made us to be more determined?
Why we never committed ‘that’ mistake again?
Questions are treasures if they uncover the personal best of us. Questions are suicide notes if they uncover the worst of us. A question is a tool that either makes us to reflect positive or to re-live the worst of past. Honestly… reflection has to happen to move forward, not for moving backward to see where we missed what? It can be …How we did ‘that’?
Present:
What can we do at present that makes a positive difference in our lifestyle?
How can we utilize these 24 hours?
How can we redirect our energy for next 30 minutes?
What should we do to get back our actual energy – now?
How a best of us can be uncovered in few minutes?
Present is such a precious timeline where one can live fully and taste the seconds as breakfast, lunch and dinner. Every second is precious here. 60 seconds is a priceless gift. One hour is too much and speaking about evening in the morning, is a pure imagination. Present is the available reality which makes one to understand what he or she can be at ‘this’ time. And… Offering a thought to keep always within…
‘Every best present time brings a beautiful & memorable past ‘.
Isn’t? If you live well in present, your past is full of with wonderful memories.
Future:
Absolutely blank. You never know. Pre constructed. Complete imagination. Artificial flavour for thoughts. Plan’s kingdom. Speech’s cinema.
Honestly … One should never come here. I read a quote few years back…
‘The best thing about future is … it comes day by day ‘. So…
Reflect in present to make your forthcoming past beautiful and to make your forthcoming future – a meaningless tool.
Shall we?
(Read thrice in present – to understand the context better)
