Choose Lifestyle. Not Diet.
It’s been 80 days and today being 81st day, I list out What I found within me in all these days below. I am sure this will help “Someone ” who is going to benefit out from this diet.
1. I found a Lifestyle, not Diet :
Diet is not for a Time Period or not for a any specific outcome. Diet is for Life. When there are choices in our Diet, explore every choice and find the right one for our body . Because the right one has no resistance to our body and it stays lifelong.
2. I formed everyday Habits :
My first habit is to check my weight in weighing machine. ( I carry a machine with me – where ever I move ). This Lifestyle has helped me to analyze my previous day intake and burn out. Everyday weight checking always inspires me.
3. I have started to study Nutrition Facts of any packed item / non packed item :
Every time I come across a packed item, first I check all Nutrition facts. I understand the positivity or negativity it carries and choose or avoid the packed item accordingly. Also I check nutrition facts of non packed items as well. For non packed item, Google serves me as a referral.
