Can’t we live without Sugar ? Yes we can. I am not speaking about the Sugar we add in Coffee / Tea. I am speaking about living without any forms of Sugar. Yes. Its been 83 days. A Complete Switch Off from Sugar.
Life becomes suddenly interesting as we explore new Lifestyles. When we stay away from Sugar, The feel of Craving for Food suddenly disappears. The feel of Craving is the main culprit behind unconditional eating. Sugar is the Culprit behind this ” Feel of Craving ” . When we stay away from Sugar, A New lifestyle Blossoms. This New Lifestyle gives us an emotional balance inside , non craving on food in-take and bliss feel about Self.
False Hunger – is the result of having Sugar. We eat, again Crave and again eat. This is a demanding cycle which keeps adding Fat inside body. As Obese gets an entry inside our body, the other gates stand opened to all other diseases.
Elevated Sugar Level plays with Brain and makes it to release Dopamine. Dopamine does its work and Body demands more and more Sugar. An addiction pattern forms inside. You love to increase Sugar in take. Yes. You become Sugar Addict.
