You are what you Eat :
Yes. The Body is nothing but an answer of ‘what we added inside & What we flushed outside ” . The remains inside is called as our Present Body. As we edit the addition inside everything changes.
There is another aspect to this concept. ” You are not what you don’t eat “. For a sample, you don’t eat useless fat, your body will never have that inside. Simple isn’t ?. Exactly like what we eat makes our body, what we don’t eat will never construct our body.
There is another concept on this – ” You are what you Ate “. Yes. This is an another side to what we are now. What we ate decided what we are now. We can’t do anything with what we are @ present. But We can do anything to become What we Can be ! You can’t reset what you ate but you can reset everything what you eat now, at present, your next meal … etc.
And one more … ” you are what you Self Realize about every Food in-take “. Yes. What’s the point in eating, digesting, segregating, flushing out and keeping the remains within without understanding it. It’s just like becoming machines with an input / outlet action.
The final one is very interesting … ” You are what you eat,eats “. Interesting .. isnt ? You eat something and it eats something inside our body. You eat unnecessary fat and it eats something else. You eat protein, it eats something else. You drink Green Tea and it eats something. This is a new perception. Its not about what you eat. The Knowledge about what ‘X’ eats inside [ X – is what we eat ! ] makes us to be very cautious in allowing something inside.
