Transparent
Are We Transparent in our actions?
Yes? Certainly not. We are not. We keep something else in the backdrop of the mind and speak, behave something else in front. This double game starts from our childhood and develops into single game. Yes. Single game. Always not transparent!
We ask something but actually we ask something else. We throw an answer but actually our answer is something else. We keep silence but inside us we speak a lot. We laugh but inside we are angry. We are sad but inside us we are so happy about something happened to someone. We are, in a way, actually not we are. We concentrate on posing rather than posting the actual us!
I met one old lady when I was driving inside the interiors of one forest. I asked her few questions. For some, she answered. For some, she said she doesn’t know. That’s it. No act of ” knowing the not know “or” not knowing the know.” The best thing is when she said don’t know and when she said she knows – she was the same. No act of superiority or inferiority. This is the best state of human mind.
Just step into corporate world – or any world we live in. In these worlds, when we say we ‘know’ there is a kind of non-verbal behavior. When we say we ‘don’t know ‘ there is an another nonverbal behavior. This is where superior inferior masks comes in. A world full of Masks start to unfold. All of us know very well that all are wearing Masks. And… All of us know very well that there is a face behind the mask. And… Importantly, all of us don’t want to see the real face of all of us. So the competition for Best Masked Face starts. Someone wins. You may be the one in that someone.
Just look at the water in this picture. First able to see water? Such a transparency it keeps within. Here Water stays as water and Stone stays as stone. The message is simple and clear. Be yourself. Be transparent. When you don’t know, say don’t know. When you know, say know. Live a life that fuels transparency. For that, you are supposed to remove Masks. Yes. Plural. Masks. So many. In this removing Masks process, it will be difficult for you to find your own face. Because… as I said earlier… so many.
Welcome. By this time, your mind might have run all the masked faces of yours. And… One by one, those masked faces might have said ‘bye’ to you. Now…. I am sure I am seeing the actual YOU. Welcome to my world. I am here to connect with YOU. And… Happy to see YOU.
Here … Wear You. Throw away Masks.
