When We Live ‘HERE & NOW’ – You start to enjoy every action unfold in front of your eyes. Water Droplets reaching Floor, Its splashing into many water pieces, Morning clouds before Sunrise, Sun’s actual rise / second, The Breeze crossing your face, body and all sensory organs, The small Flip sound comes from a moving paper, The hot water travels from throat to stomach with a smoothest feel ….. We can list down many.

There is one more. Have we ever heard the sound created by a Moving Ant ? Yes. It creates a sound which has a rhythm. If you keep our ear on floor and observe a zero sound state within us [ Well.. thats what they call as Meditation … isnt ? ] then we can HEAR that Rhythmic sound of an ant. Yes. We can. If we live HERE & NOW.

Most of our problems are illusions and the remaining problems never happen. It simply means that we create problems even before it actually unfolds. Directly it says that we are a products of illusions. Dont We think so ?

When We Live ‘HERE & NOW’ … The actual of us unfolds in front of our own eyes. Yes. Own eyes. Not in front of the Illusion filled eyes.
