Do we think Gym stays outside your home ? If so, we will soon come to know that you are wrong. Yes. 50% Of Gym Waits inside our Kitchen. Have we ever thought about that 50% Gym, waiting for us inside our Kitchen ?
We assume that eating has nothing to do with Our Physique. We also assume that the energy from unconditional eating can be burnt in Gym. To some extent, its right. Still there is a moment of foolishness available in that statement. Whats the point in having unconditional meal and burning it ? Are we Just machines digesting the unconditional eating ? Or Humans with a sense of Conditional eating and burning more with simple work outs ?
Once I was in ” Prescribed Diet ” for two months and worked well inside Gym in that same timeline. Got an excellent physique. Everything went well for few months. Then .. came back to original eating style and lost that beautiful physique in the subsequent 6 months. Yes. Gymming never works for X time-line. It works well for entire life, when we position 50% Gym at Kitchen and remining at the Actual Gym.
This time I have decided to First hit the Gym in the Kitchen, then, secondly to the actual Gym. Yes. 80 days of Gym workout in Kitchen and now entering the Actual Gym. Next 100 days will be a balanced workout from both sides.
And.. No urgency deadline of date or time in achieving a Perfect Balanced Gym Work-Out. Let it happens on its own pace. All I would like to do is to spend everyday in both sides of the Gym – Sincerely. Results will come when it is destined to.
