When we stand away from ” Craving “, we eat what we require. When .We are in ” Craving “, we eat even what we.dont require. So .. this “Craving feel” is the culprit. A feel which makes us to stand as ” Addicted to eat ” whatever available at that time.

Craving – is the result of Fructose available in Sugar. Switch off Sugar and you will have the control over deletion switch of Craving. Artificial Sugar which is not a mineral, not a nutrient, not a protein and not anything that helps our body in any context.
As we stay away from Sugar, as we getting back our control over what we eat, everything else can be redesigned. The question is .. is it possible to stay away from Sugar ? . Yes. It is possible. 100% possible.
One Addiction can be replaced by another Addiction. An addiction on Sugar can be easily be replaced by another addiction – that is – Sugar less life. How about having a cup of coffee / tea without Sugar, How about staying away from packed foods and How about staying away from all Sweet products ?. The question is .. what will happen to our body when we don’t eat Sugar ? Answer is .. nothing will happen. WHO says 0 to 24 gms of Sugar / day is Good for health. Here 24 stands as Maximum. And 0 stands as Minimum. I chose 0. Others can choose their choice but within 24 gms.
Sugar has another name – White Elephant in the Kitchen. One more name – Authorised Alcohol. And .. One more name – Worse than Cocaine.
Now .. Its up to each one to choose or reject Sugar. I have decided to live in a ” Sugar Free World ” .
