It’s been 150 days. I stay away from Sugar, Rice, Wheat, Milk and any sort of Artificial Foods. I am sure you will have a question…
“How is it possible for 150 days ? ”
My answer is… ” No it’s not about 150 days. Its about SINGLE DAY- 150 times “.
It was Jan 15th I developed a question within myself .. ” How Long I am going to eat like this – again and again ? – Day in & Day out ? – Can’t This unlimited eating come to an end ? “. These questions provoked me to a new Lifestyle. #livesimple #simplelife #nanisaivadiet
When I met Kirthika Tharan ( The Reason Behind the Designed Diet ) I understood the Ways of Healthy Eating, Self Realizing Body and Living Simple. There, My journey started @ 98.5 Kgs and it Stays now @ 80.00 Kgs . Yes 18.5Kgs lost in 150 days ! Let’s see HOW this happened. Let me share my observations.

According to my observations, There are always Two types of Hunger.
1.Induced.
2. Natural
Induced :
This is the hunger which comes from outside. Yes. This is an artificial, constructed and inorganic hunger. Sugar is the Main culprit here which attacks the ” I am done – Enough ” system in cells, which provokes one to eat again and again – for every 2 or 3 hours – Whether it is required or not. This is why I call this as Induced Hunger. Rice, Milk, Wheat and all Artificial Packed Foods – are Brothers and Sisters of Sugar in inducing one to CRAVE for more food – again and Again. A sense of urgency mixes with every eating and the Human becomes – an automated Machine in Re Filling the Stomach. Human at this point exactly reminds me as if a Programmed Robot Eating @ 06am, 08am, 11.30am, 01pm, 03.30pm, 05.30pm, 08.00pm, 10.00pm and if his / her night becomes alive, even at 11.30pm again !! This Provoked Eating Cycle – PEC – just drags the Body into the world of tiredness and tensed. Getting out of PEC is the First step in Self Realizing – What’s happening inside !
Natural ;
This is the hunger which comes inside the body in a natural way. It never asks ” something to eat ” for every 3 hours. It takes its own time to digest what went in and it possibly asks two times in a day. Sometimes just one time in a day. This is the Hunger, Gifted by Nature. For a sample, I eat xxxx by morning around 11.00 am and again I eat xxxx by 05 pm. That’s it. Natural Hunger never creates a sense of urgency when it reaches us. It just says ” Hello .. Shall we have something Nutritious ? “. That’s it. Its as simple as it is. This Natural Eating Cycle – NEC just allows the body to stay at its best.
