This HDL LDL and Triglycerides combo is always an interesting one. Though we are sure about the negative side effects of Triglycerides, we are not sure about HDL and LDL – and their support in saving Heart. Still we can find a Formula of these 3.

Triglycerides as – Useless and Waste and dirt filled Water.

HDL – Best Water.
Now .. just imagine this.

Useless , Waste and Dirt filled water – Triglycerides , which comes from our food in-take is the real culprit. As we know, this will spoil the route it flows. It also spoils LDL and HDL, if it merges with them. So.. In any case, if Useless and Waste water flows in.. it spoils the system. Yes. Its as simple as it is.
Can’t we stay away from this Useless, Waste and Dirt filled Water ?
Hard fact is .. we can’t. Yes. It was from the day when we started to eat Artificial foods, this Useless , Waste and Dirt filled Water – Triglycerides – comes inside the body with full liberty. We only invited them. And … we only now decide to send them out. What a pity !
So .. The question is about .. Whether it’s going to be inside our body in huge number or in negligible number ?. As less as it is, body stays for and agile. As huge as it is, body becomes static and immovable. And …We grow horizontally.

The Average Water – LDL is just a neutral support to the body. Neither helps nor disturbs. But .. if it joins with Useless and Waste Water – that is – Triglycerides, then, it becomes dangerous in blocking the blood passages.

The Best Water – HDL – is the Real support to Body. If we have high numbers of HDL , its a boon to the body. But .. Wait. Its a boon only when the Best Water moves around. If it stays at one location, because of no movement from body, this water also becomes useless. In another way, though we have High HDL, but if we are not active, Triglycerides will merge take over everything. Yes. Everything. Hence we can Expect a Heart Attack or Heart related Diseases.
So .. Whats the Formula then ?
Simple.
Increased HDL + Increased LDL – Low Triglycerides + One Hour around Fitness Exercises = THE BEST VERSION OF US.
