The  Bridge

when was the last time you built a Bridge? A bridge that makes two souls to connect with each other at highest resourceful state of their own. A bridge that makes both sides stand on their axis still connecting with each other. A bridge that demolishes formalities and creates new benchmarks. Built one such? No? Time for you to think about your approach in dealing with others.
I met a lady. She has a special habit. She burns bridges. Burns them as if there were no bridge. To be specific, no symptoms of a bridge in the past. She breaks off from relationships and she throws acid everywhere she moves around. I met her in my counselling sessions. She asked me ‘ What’s the point in building bridges? ‘. I asked her ‘What’s the point in burning the bridges? ‘She replied … ‘I hate people of Masks’. I asked her back …’ so… you burn a bridge to find another one? ‘She looked at me differently. I continued … ‘ When you burn the bridge, you leave the mask as it is. How about burning the mask and keeping the bridge alive? – Since you are having this special habit of burning something. ‘. She said … ‘Makes sense Jay’.

There is a movie Page 3 and one line comes in it. ‘If you want to clean the system, you have to be IN the system ‘. Fits here? Isn’t? When you burn the bridge, you make the other side to not to connect with you. Like them becoming an Island, you also become an island. But… if you are able to show them the mask you find in them, then, leaving them and the bridge alive…The possibilities of meeting same people stays high .. Isn’t?

Keep the Bridge alive. Show the mask. Stay away. But keep the bridge alive. Let the face find its own face. You stay with your own face. Don’t wait. You proceed but with your own face. The mask removed face will find you one day. It will come to you. It will thank you for your ‘being bold’ in showing the mask. It will praise you for keeping the bridge alive. It will also hug you for you standing within the limits to keep the bridge in the status … Welcoming you.

When I build Bridge, I never throw any of my self-interest over it. It’s a non-judgmental bridge. Its idea is to support the other side, in all possible ways. I take care of the Bridge every time I come on it. I check every inch of the bridge to make sure it stays in its best state. And… When the other side uses it, I stay away. I make sure other side enjoys the bridge well. Yes. The idea is to connect the excellence together. Not to connect with each other on the bridge or on the other sides of the bridge. The Bridge in a way is a hall mark of your, his, her, our understanding. Its virtual. Its alive. It exists to uncover the best in both. It’s a magic to note that when you bring the best in others, your best comes out directly …Isn’t?
So… Find a bridge. And… Find me in the other side. Its high time to uncover our resourceful excellence. Shall we?
